About Alec Insley:
Alec’s love of racing began almost as early as his life itself.

“I’ve been racing for 6 years now. I started out in quarter midgets at the age 11 in 2018. I did 3 full seasons then I made the big jump into A Grade midgets. I’m now in the early stages of my 3rd full (AGrade) season .. at just 17 years old.”

Alec’s path reflects his deep-seated passion for motorsport, his family first took him to the track to support his uncle’s racing when he was only 2 weeks old! Encouraged by his parents’ commitment to making his dreams a reality, Alec has carved a promising career in the fast-paced world of midget car racing.

About Aaron Humble:
Aaron Humble comes from a proud speedway family – his dad Chip was a fierce minisprint competitor, and brother Josh races stockcars. Aaron began racing ministocks at 14, quickly making his mark across New Zealand’s speedway tracks.

His early success included multiple track titles and a nomination for NZ Ministock Driver of the Year in 2017. While others moved into saloons or midgets, Aaron chose the Three Quarter Midget class—an affordable but highly competitive open-wheel category.

His TQ, “Jeni,” runs a 750cc Suzuki engine and was built by Harris Racing in Auckland. In a breakthrough 2023 season, Aaron claimed the New Zealand TQ title, beating top contender Jeremy Webb from Christchurch. In 2024/25 he came 2nd in the Central Series TQ Midgets and off track was awarded the ATQMA Social Media award.
